β β β β β Meet the ID in my house, we told him what we want and he just noted.. he told me that he need 6 days to come out with the quotation and then he rushed out.. seems like he was very busy.. After 6 days, his quotation out but then i realized that there is 3 mistakes in the quotation... example, sliding wardrobe became casement wardrobe, and so on.. so i decided to re-write the list what i want to him.. after get his revised quotation, i have some questions thet i am not clear and not understand, so i asked him. But then after i asked the second questions, he disappear without any reply. Whatsapp also all the way grey tick which we dunno whether he is reading the msg or not. Halo, is this the attitude to the potential customer? Luckily I didn't choose him as my ID or else maybe I am unable to contact him when there is any problems occur during the warranty period.

β β β β β My renovation experience was awesome! I was rushing against time and is very particular about little details that have to be done. Janice display patience and is able to work out designs that fit our expectation. She works towards our budget and guide me accordingly when we raise any request. She is able to point out the possible ways to get our request done. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service provided especially on the choosing our theme, advising us on the details that we have overlooked. Janice has also explained to us the differences in the quality of the material and we ended up raising our budget a little. We are definitely pleased with the material that was recommended and it was all worth it. It was a wonderful experience and we love coming home every single day!
