★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an apartment designed by Vision Interior Design Pte Ltd. Unfortunately, poor workmanship quality was discovered and I experienced a lack of professionalism from Vision Interior Design Pte Ltd. to own their mistakes. Carpenter did not install the sliding door mechanism product properly and Vision Interior Design Pte. Ltd. refuses to take ownership. I have already approached Vision Interior Design and given ample opportunity to rectify the mistake. The supplier of the product itself has confirmed on inspection that the carpenter installed the mechanism improperly. When you reference the instruction sheet, you can see that there are parts missing from the sliding door mechanism set. If you want an interior design firm that has quality checks and looks after the brand image of their company by ensuring ownership of their work, this is not the company to hire.
