β β β β β Iβm an ex employee for this company. Being a micro managed company, Head of Operations tends to call for a meeting but doesnβt listens to feedback from any staff. There is no room for discussion. Decision was made & everyone has to follow the plan. Unspoken queries that was left hanging as we are not allowed to speak during meeting.
Hereβs another incident. With poor management & work culture, reimbursement claim was given to me 2.5 weeks after I left the company. After countless asking, HR Ms Goh ignored my text & did not reply. This reimbursement claim was a transaction made on behalf of the company for one of the foreigner worker.

β β β β β I just resigned from MFT as I have to return back to my country. I have been with MFT for 4yrs, the Management is good and treats all the staff well only negative part is the vegetarian food provided for all staff. I gave 4 stars because the food provided is vegetarian.
New HR staff Ang PL is Pe**le is arrogant and rude, so difficult to talk with her. Lucky she resigned within 24hours but heard she was asked to go.
