★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to here for PCR test for departure to Hong Kong. Everyone’s here are friendly and helpful and welcome you with big smiles (despite the fact that we were wearing mask, I can feel them)! The nurse at the front desk was patient to listen to my concerns for the contents of PCR test report to meet the requirements of HK government, including the QR code. She addressed my concerns one by one and provided sufficient information to resolve my worries. She also tried her best to reach out to the manager of laboratory to look into my enquiry in relation to CT value. The process was smooth and pleasant. The location is very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my COVID booster shot. Plenty of comfortable waiting space. Warm and friendly service from everyone, including the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. I was nervous about getting the injection but the doctor was so nice and kind, and it didn’t hurt at all. Will definitely come by if I need to see the doctor when I’m in the area. Thank you!!
