My hubby went there for his work-related healthcheck & the Philippina counter nurse was absolutely rude & unprofessional. She just seems unhappy with her job & had a bad attitude. She was unprofessional in being pushy to upsell him their vaccination programs which she claimed repeatedly it’s FREE just because he can pay using Medisave. Hello? We are local Singaporean, don’t think you can fool us? Medisave is our own hard earn money, it’s definitely not FREE!! Dr. Angel Jung Se Ji is another pushy one that kept upselling to my hubby. Obviously she’s another FT & not familiar with the local vaccination program! Singaporean have all taken MMR during pri sch days & it’s a lifetime protection. No booster needed. But she kept up-selling this to him. Also he had chicken pox 2 yrs back & sure have antibody as of now. But she insisted that he must do blood test to make sure he has the anti-body. (?!) They also asked if he has vaccination certs for all the vaccine taken since birth. Hello??? He’s 47yo!! All the vaccine taken were during pri Sch days lah dey !! Then they went on to ask if he still has his heath booklet !!!!! Wah Lao eh… made us feel like we are watching Comedy Central.. Typical FTs owned business targeted at wringing rich & dumb FTs dry. Do not recommend. If you are sincerely enough to do any damage control, start with questioning your counter staff & Dr Angel. Period.

Highly recommended clinic! Staffs are very attentive and the GPs explain the results clearly. I will definitely come back and recommend the clinic to my colleagues who are worling in raffles area?

It was so blessed to be served by wonderful and magnificent Doctors, Nurses and the cleaner aunty ( Dr Koh, Dr Lee, Nurse Elizabeth, Frontlines Sabrina and cleaner aunty) They work as a team and provide great service, patient with understanding, especially Nurse Elizabeth only one need to handle all which is not easy but she still managed to be constantly provide her great and respectful service wholeheartedly to clients. Proud of OC Raffles Place had such a great team!

So i went for a medical appointment on friday in lieu of my upcoming tournament. I had a list to checkoff to but the doctor insisted on checking off and ticking everything one shot after i collect my medical results instead of checking off whatever he could. So today on Monday i received a message saying i could go collect my results so i walked there from office only to see that the clinic is closed and the nurse refused to entertain me even when shes there and u showed her my report=.= sure i laterally realised that it closed @4 but if you are gonna text me @5 and say its ready for collection, at least include in ur message that yall are closed so i wont have to make a wasted trip there…I tried calling the clinic becuz i saw the nurse there and she refused to entertain me and just signalled that they are closed…=.=

The negative reviews are too REAL (nurse, front desk, attitude, rude, unhappy staff etc)... Interesting to see it can still operate till today. They can look for a happier career perhaps. Happier career = happier life guys. Wish you guys the best.

Advised by my private GP to come here for diagnosis as we suspected I had covid and this clinic was better equipped to handle COVID cases and is linked to government network. Was around 11am on Friday - went straight up and was seen to pretty immediately and swiftly. Received all my medication and was billed just over 50 SGD - consider this quite affordable. Receptionist was helpful and friendly and doctor was efficient. Would come back again.

Experienced and highly attentive doctors. They know their stuff. The senior receptionist is the only downside. She’s perennially depressed and/or emotionally poker-faced. Sick people need something better to look forward to than this.

I booked myself a comprehensive health screening package. Doc Koh who attended to me at the beginning & during the consultation for my results were very informative & good. The nurses/ receptionist were not so well trained. During my ECG, she informed me that it s her 1st time using the machine at this branch as she was just a replacement for the day. Needless to say it didn't go too well. I can still accept that. After my blood sample was taken, I was told I can drink water already. The nurses overlooked that i have an abdominal ultrasound not done yet. They only realised that when I asked about it. They have to book another appointment for me and I need to go back again another day as I needed to fast. Don't think I would consider One Care Medical again for health screening.
