They promise the results will be in by Friday, by next Monday, the results is still not in, had to call the general hotline to chase which they have no idea. Tried to called the hotline at Singapore land tower, no one bother to pick up.
P	Penny Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied a friend to visit Raffles Medical on 11 May, some time in the morning and was appalled by how the nurse treats an external staff. This nurse is a Chinese woman, slightly on the chubbier side, with short black hair and wears specs. Witnessed her snapping at that poor staff who was politely trying to explain. The clinic was not packed or busy, so there is no reason to be disrespectful. Very uncalled for. We felt so bad for the staff.

Maybe it was the time difference, I went around 4pm on a Thursday and my checkup was very fast, done within 30mins compared to the bad reviews that says for hours. Receptionist was friendly and okay too. Recommended on a weekday late afternoon appointment slot.
W	Wang Jing Wen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a trip there about 2 days ago. Had a pleasant experience there, the staffs were all helpful and polite. (especially to elderly) Waiting time can be a little long but understandable due current surge in situation. Nevertheless, thank you to the staffs there!
Y	Yen Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a health screening at the Singapore Land Tower Branch and waited for almost 3 hours. No first in first out concept. Many who came after me completed first. After waiting for almost 3 hours as I was told to wait to see the doctor, the doctor didn’t call. After going to the counter to ask for the 3rd time I was troll actually there is no need to see the doctor. No food provided, only drinks. Please be prepared to go hungry for the whole morning if you come here. The service is lousy. The orchard branch is so much better

Made an appointment for 1120 but now after 4 hours I'm still here not seen the doctor. The queue number system is confusing and unpleasant. I mean we understand it when they say it may not be called in sequence but imagine feeling this - All the other numbers around your have been called, before and after your number, while yours is no where to be found and you have absolutely no idea when they will call it. I've literally stayed here for 5 hours and still need to wait for making payments. The doctors are nice but management is very bad.

Even when some of the customers were a bit blur or didn’t understand English well. They did this despite the clinic being overcrowded with too many customers. Can see they are all working hard. Maybe the clinic management can look at reducing the customer load. I completed my basic screening in 2.5 hours. Thanks to the other reviewer who pointed out that the contact number on Google Maps is incorrect and for providing the correct reservation number. Better to communicate through calls. Didn’t try the website booking as per another reviewer’s advice.
