Have been seeing Jony for my nails and eyelashes since TNS opened at Seletar Mall. Lashes are always on point. Soft and fluffy just as I like them to be. She makes me feel pretty and confident every time I walk out! Jony is patient in relieving my pain from dead skin and ingrown nail. During pedicure sessions, she ensures that I no longer feel pain before moving on to the next step. Strongly recommend TNS and Jony's services.

Jony has been taking care of my nails for close to 8 years.I don't trust anyone else to do my nails. Her nail art is superb and i always get compliments. The salon is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Have been letting Jony do my nails for as long as they've opened. Her nail art is good and she knows what the customers want. She doesnt push customers to sign on packages as well which is what I like unlike other nail salons I have visited previously. She is able to not only do nails, but other services like waxing, and even eyebrows. So far experiences have been pleasant.

Extremely rude staff. Seems like working there is torture to them, they seem like they don't want to be there at all. Nail art was poorly done as well. Spend your money somewhere else!

My daughter booked an appointment for 2 persons for Wednesday. However, when both my girls visited the nail place, they said there was no appointment made. My girl had to show them her call history as evidence. Then they asked my girls to go back 1 hour later. When my girls returned, they were asked to wait for another 30 minutes. I called to ask and the staff explained that they did not record down the appointment made on Saturday hence causing a jam up in appointments. We let it be and my girls went ahead to do the manicure. For one of my girls, the outcome did not match the picture shown to the nailist. The base colour was totally wrong. For my other girl, the nailist had to attempt 3 times on 1 nail but still didn't manage to rectify it as the design was lopsided. Firstly, appointment made was not recorded. Secondly, nail art was done wrongly. Thirdly, there was no service recovery at all. A suppose-to-be pleasant experience turned out to be an unpleasant one for my girls. Moreover, they were using their angpow money to pay for the session. They were so Disappointed :(

My first visit with them and I did soak off + gel pedi with them. I was very surprised to hear that they don’t do colour sample on customers. It didn’t help that their colour charts are taped down with protective tape - you really can’t tell the true colours.

Have been a loyal customer for so many years and every experience is a great one with Nail Status. Would recommend all their therapists especially Jony who is not only an expert with nail art but also lash extension.
