β β β β β Dun send your kids there, complete waste of time and money. The staff are irresponsible and unprofessional. Unfortunately, their business is so good that they dun care. The folks running the school are only interested in your money not in your kids, please let your kids learn something productive instead of this.

β β β β β Been through a few schools for my gal and I must say this company is totally commercialised. Not only you pay $120 for a simple costume and ridiculous money to watch your gal perform, your gal has to endure empty stomach for 8 hours without snacks and etc. Standard is low and teacher is twice crappy.Even send in male teacher without informing. Think twice before you enrol your child

β β β β β Although the contract says that parents only need to notify the school one month before withdrawal, the staff insisted that there would be no refund for the full amount which we have just paid up for a semester (3 months). This is unfair to the parents whose children may have other commitments and hence cannot continue with the ballet programme.

β β β β β The rudest staff that I have never encountered in any enrichment classes that my kids go to. Very unprofessional and defensive staff that will blame you back for going to wrong meeting place, for example. Flatly refuse to allow me to take my kid out one hour before the rehearsal ends as I have a family event to attend to. Not sure where she gets any authority from to behave in this manner. Hopefully not from her management. Please think many times if you meet her at Seletar Mall when signing any package, as usually we parents have to deal with them (usually not the teachers) and such frontline staff represents the company's image and whether parents can trust the company.

β β β β β I am grateful that the school made the effort to hold the Annual Dance Performance despite the uncertainties in this pandemic. My daughter enjoyed herself tremendously and I am happy that she had the chance to perform on stage.
The centre executive and teacher at the Seletar Mall outlet are professional and have good rapport with the children. Lessons are well structured and fun even when lessons were conducted via zoom and the teacher paid close attention to every student and correct them. My girl looks forward to her lesson every week!
