Got my first vintage bag here and im quite impressed by the service. Girls was really friendly and try to attend to me even when there was alot of people in shop. Answers all my questions on the bag. Even offer to help clean the bag for me.

Honestly a pretty bad experience for my first vintage item. Will stray away from vintage thanks to my experience purchase here.

A very bad customer experience and poor behaviour from owners. Already sold pieces are often posted on Instagram or remain on display in the store, creating a very misleading and frustrating shopping experience. Most recently, I expressed interest in purchasing a piece listed on the shop’s Instagram page. I asked if the piece could be placed on hold so that I could come to the store within an hour to try the piece on before purchasing. The store said that they did not take product reservations, so I told them that I would come down asap and asked that they message me should the piece be sold in the meantime. I arrive in the store in the next 45 mins, where one owner indicates that I should look at their second level for newly arrived pieces. I found the watch I was looking for here, and spoke to the second owner about possible strap adjustments. I held on to the watch as I continued looking around for other things I might want to buy. Just as I was about to pay for the watch, the owner who had just been discussing strap adjustments, took the watch away from me and said that it had already been sold (presumably off the listing on their Instagram page). I had not been notified of this via message and the product had remained up for sale in the physical store. The owners offered no apology or explanation, and didn’t even have the courtesy or respect to discuss the situation further, given the watch was presented as being available both online and in store simultaneously. You are better off shopping online at Vestiaire Collective where there is a wider range of prices, authentication is provided, and shopping is clear and easy.

Perhaps the best collection of rare vintage pieces in town. The new store on level 2 is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Wow. Do not believe the hype on Instagram!!!!! An ok selection of bags, customer service is non existent, don’t expect bright cheerful girls like in the vintage shops in Tokyo. Owner is black faced and will judge u from head to toe. Probably a place for them to launder $$

I would personally recommend y'all to visit! Definitely my fav vintage store in Singapore ! Feeling vibes from Japan's vintage store. The staff there is friendly & nice as I can shop freely & comfortably.
