★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped jacket and shoes there today as xmas gift to my brother. Staff should have more basic sales & customer service training apparently. Client walked in your shop for a reason, if you wanna sell you should be eager to learn what it is they are looking for and be more attentive. Perhaps starting with: how can i help? For what occasion? Male or female? What item? What temperature endurance?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there around 5 pm yesterday, the 3 service staffs service were way below average. Wanted to get a very good TNF jacket and of course we need to ask questions cos it is very expensive and I dont want to make the wrong choice, they dont even bother to serve us and bad mouth us with each other. Ended up we just left cos of their bad service and went to Paragon to get it instead. To be honest, TNP staffs really need to improve their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of ultra swift shoe on 29 Jan 2021. Less than 4 months it got torn on the right shoe top right side. The Ion Orchard staff said it's under one year warranty. I will try to go change for a new pair. Hope it can last at least one year or more.

I got a big backpack and a fleece jacket for my overseas trip. Decent quality as you would expect from this brand. Some are quite expensive.
Personally recommend backpacks as they last for a long time. I still use its backpack after 20 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience during my visit to TNF Ion on Monday evening. The staffs (Jo and another gentleman) are knowledgeable, very patient and helped a lot in my search for a jacket. No discounted service although I am purchasing a 70% off item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get some cold weather outer wear for an upcoming trip and was very impressed by the service I received from Jo. She took the effort to understand more about my trip (what kind of climate? What kind of activities? Will you get wet?) so as to recommend the best products for me. She also took into consideration my height and shape to make the right size recommendations. One would assume this is standard expectations of those who work in retail apparel, but that is hardly the case. I left the store very confident that I made the right purchase decisions because Jo helped me through them.
