★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to purchase one of their shoes (apparently it was the last pair for that size) and the staff put it on hold for someone else, who had walked out of the store, probably come back and either buy it or change their mind. Very disappointed as I was very keen on purchasing but had to wait for the unknown customer to make a decision in who knows when. In experience in other shoe stores, there is no such thing as placing an item on hold- especially when another customer is more keen than that other one. Just wanted to make a quick purchase as I’m quite busy but in the end could not buy it. Will be looking elsewhere for the shoes, but not that outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank the staffs in this outlet!!on 16 June, After checking online the closing time, I went down after work specially to paragon to buy the superstar slip on shoes. To my dismayed, it was closed. The shutter was pull down half but there were still some staffs inside. I checked with them if I could quickly go in to make a purchase since I went specially down. They let me in and I was about to try on my size. However, I need to get online since the outlet does not carry the shoes. They shown good attitude! Few days ago I went to the outlet at woodlands, but the staffs are not helpful. They even asked me to check the product code online myself before they can check if they have the stocks at Paragon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adidas original at paragon has bad service. I open a foldable cloths and see. Then the male staff walk to me and want to fold the cloths when I want to fold Then he said: fold a side. Means he said I fold wrongly , should fold the arm 1st . Won't come to this outlet anymore
