★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered balloons for my 21st birthday, the number “2” started deflating just 1.5 hours after delivery. Seller only offered free delivery but need to pay for the balloon again. Also quite slow when replying messages. Not sure if damaged when with seller or when reach me. Paid $20 for delivery and only brought the balloon from hotel lobby to lift and to room. Not sure how it got damaged if it was from my end for such a short distance and how poor the quality of the balloons are when it can be damaged so easily. And who knows it also might’ve been damaged when they transported from their office to my location too. Totally ruined my birthday party at night with just a “1” left lol. Do not recommend purchasing from them, many better ones out there who are much more responsible for their products.
