Misty Daydream was chosen by chance. No one recommended them to me, I just saw them on Google and went ahead with my gut feel. And trust me, I have no regrets. ☺️ This being my 1st time doing a gender reveal, I wasn't quite sure how to go about (as my husband and I did not know the gender too). I was pretty lost as to what to do after i had ordered the balloon online (in regards to the colour of the confetti). When I WhatsApp-ed the team, they gave me their address saying that we could just pass them the doctor's envelope and they would take it from there. I had some doubts in me if anything would screw up etc. But no, they were professional in the handling. I even made a request for the balloon to be their last delivery for day since my party was late that night. That request was met, the balloons (I ordered other decorative balloons too) came promptly. They returned the doctor's envelope (well sealed). I seriously have no complaints about their service. Do consider them for ANY function you may have.....and rest assured, they got it all well taken care of. Great job Misty DayDream team! ??

I ordered the balloon as a surprise. I think misty team is very organised and helpful. Despite busy times for vday, they still respond timely. I ordered last month! One month ago. Was worried that due to festive period might be missed out but they texted days before to confirm design. And I moved my collection time earlier also on the day of collection which they agreed promptly and I collected without having to wait. Additionally, The helium balloon was still floating high after 3 days! Will definitely use misty in future again.

Misty Daydream offered the perfect balloon decor set design that I was looking for for my brother’s graduation. The ordering process online was super easy and user friendly! They were very accommodating too when I contacted them for a change in the delivery timing. Balloons were delivered on time, and it was perfect! Everything was exactly as expected. Setting everything up was so easy and the end result was perfect. Would definitely buy from them again!

Excellent service from the service staff and design team. Prompt in replies. ?Also they have a wide range of items to choose from, definitely one of my go to site for gift ideas. Cake Topper - Ordered the cake topper, however my cake was petite and glad that the team is able to accommodate to my request to make the cake topper smaller to fit my cake. Orb balloon - Ordered the orb balloon and it was absolutely one of the highlight to my boyfriend's birthday surprise. Appreciate for the design team to take in my request and gave a few designs to choose from, instead of just one design and having to keep making amendments. Totally hassel free. My bf love the balloon so much and is happy to receive.

The whole team gave me a very good experience, in terms of my enquiries, changes in designs, etc, they accommodated to my requests as much as they could. Ordered balloons from Misty Daydream and they fulfilled all the expectations for balloon decoration in events! Love the balloons! Their service was very prompt and responsive! Although the delivery of the balloons were a little steep but for the service, it’s worth it! The delivery man was very polite and nice too! It’s amazing that he was able to deliver all in one shot!
