β β β β β Love having classes here! My first time doing Pilates and Joey is very patient and her instructions are so clear it really helps you to follow closely. The class sizes are really kept small and Joey makes the effort to change up the moves each session so every session is fresh and fun. Helps that it's very affordable too!

β β β β β Joey is a very patient and professional instructor. She gives clear instruction in soft tone and always smiling no matter how intense the movement is, which leads me to overcome the challenging poses.
The class is small and Joey will always help to correct/ adjust the poses. The studio environment is cozy, water is provided and there is a toilet attached in the studio.
Wonderful Pilates experience ,really recommended for people who stay in this area.

β β β β β Beginning my pilates journey with pilatesmvmt has been truly empowering. The genuity of the instructors - Joey (pilates mat), Erlinda (pilates arc), Sha (pilates flow) and Jean (barre) shine through their classes. Over the past year, under their guidance and direction, I have definitely seen myself growing stronger, learning to engage the right muscles, finding a balance between strength and flexibility and experience more pain-free days no thanks to my scoliosis and accumulated bad habits/ weak muscles. Thank you for being such amazing instructors and for being a friend xx I enjoyed going to every single one of your classes!

β β β β β Been wanting to try out pilates for awhile and Iβm really glad to come across this place! Iβve only been with them for about 2 months now doing mainly mat pilates with Joey & Justin and it was such a great experience for someone like me who has zero experience prior to this. They were both very patient, giving clear directions on whatβs needed to be done and also quickly correcting my posture to prevent unnecessary injuries. highly recommending them!

β β β β β This studio was introduced by my sister and I have never regretted joining this pilates studio. Itβs already been a year now ? The instructors are very friendly and caring, always ensuring that we do not hurt ourselves during class. They also offer a variety of classes to choose from. Itβs 10/10 recommended place to learn pilates/rebound! ??????

β β β β β Justin is incredible. We got ourselves a private class, and the flows and adjustments made during our yoga class, was just mind-blowing. He's extremely experienced, having been an Allo trainer in NYC for a long while. He's also super bendy, if you stalk his Instagram. But most importantly, the adjustments he helps you on, shows you the way the various actions should have felt.
As much as preference for yoga teachers is very varied at the end of the day, I actually think that a class with Justin was very enjoyable.
