β β β β β Just stop by this shop on the way to violin shop in the same floor. The shop is variety and quality stuffs. It means that the price is not cheap but i am sure that you could find a lot of things for pro traveller here. I got some packing cubes and keys pouche, quite happy with the quality for my trips

β β β β β One star for customer service. Not helpful. I asked if they could help to check their other outlets if they still have stocks for one of the bottles I enquired. Their answers were "I don't know how to check" and "no more already". Not satisfied with their responses,
I went down to The Wallet Shop asked Ms Vidthiya to check the item I wanted. Apparently there were new stocks and she helped to reserve the bottle over at Boarding Gate Bugis.

β β β β β This store has an excellent array of essentials at affordable prices. Purchased the Oasis 1.5L Insulated bottle, as a gift, on 020422 at 1715Hrs. Duncan was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Despite being overwhelmed with requests, he provided utmost service with efficiency and professionalism.
Main complaint:
1) Lady Cashier was, generally, unpleasant, impatient, and unhelpful.
2) Store should provide simple gift wrapping services as products, apart from being used for travelling, are used as gifts at the same time.
