I return to try my luck before going back home n luckily this time is that auntie that I always seen her in the store .of course with her good service, I finally buy what I want .This is the first time that I meet the staff that have so poor service in the store.

You can find north face, tumi, patagonia, jack wolfskin and other good brand. The price is average i got nice discount here. The location is just 1 floor from departure gate, the store hide behind some Japanese or Chinese restaurant. I think the brand and the variety of model here is better even compare to store in city center

She kept trying her best to avoid us, and the couple of times we approached her to try to make a purchase and managed to make eye contact , she would deftly turn around and disappear into the storeroom - presumably to ensure her conversation was not disrupted. We saw the sign that the store closes at 9.30pm, so we decided to take dinner and then return when hopefully her chat had ended. When we went back to the store at 9pm, we were shoo-ed away because it was “closing time”. It did not matter that we already knew exactly what we wanted, and only wanted to grab it, make payment, and leave within 5 minutes. The lady “advised” that we should do our 40km round trip drive with two young children in tow on another more auspicious date when maybe she would be feeling less chatty, if I really wanted that item that badly.
