★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their prawn broth, thick and full of goodness. The prawn was fresh and the soft bone pork was very tender. The shrimp paste was very flavourful and chewy. The staff was polite and friendly. Will be back again to drink the broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Le Shrimp at T3 and it was good. For people like me who are not into shrimp, there is the option of tonkotsu base ramen which was pretty flavourful. Tried a mouthful of the shrimp broth and i will say shrimp lovers should love it. Was pleasantly surprised by the young staff who served us. Really friendly and prompt service which enhanced the dining experience ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signature dishes are the ramen. I had spicy tonkatsu pork ramen and wife has the non spicy version. The soup base is good. The ramen texture is chewy and well done. The pork comes with generous portions of cartilage. It is a tad too salty but nevertheless still delicious. The customer service is excellent. This shop is in Changi Airport Terminal 3. If you are driving park at Carpark 3b to save yourself a long walk. The ambience brings you back to Taiwan although it is a Japanese restaurant. If you happen to be in Terminal 3, go check it out. The price point is sweet. Definitely warrant a repeat visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hearty and delicious fusion Ramen - marrying Japanese and Chinese styles perfectly.
The appetiser - Chilled Tofu with Century Egg was surprisingly delightful. It was tasty and the perfect light dish to set us up for the main course.
The Prawn Broth Ramen was really good! Aromatic and flavourful, the soup was thick and “gao” and the prawn broth really shone. The prawns were big and juicy, and went really well with the QQ noodles! Portions were huge and was more than filling for us.
Staff was really friendly and attentive. (also, Airport Pass holders get 20% off!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Shrimp is one of the Paradise Group of Restaurants. Service at this branch was prompt and food were served quickly. Warm and cold water were FOC.
We ordered Braised Beancurd in Tonkosu Brooth, Braised Pork Rib Ramen, Crispy Chicken Cutlet Ramen, Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen and a can of Apple Black Tea.
The ratings for the food are
1. Braised Beancurd - Hard and bordering tasteless. Zero star.
2. Pork Rib Ramen - Noodle has nice sesame taste and ribs were good. 5 stars.
3. Le Signature Shrimp - Good but not great. Some of us liked the mild prawn flavoured soup. 4 stars.
4. Crispy Chicken Ramen - Very heavy tonkatsu soup based. Some liked it, some didn't. 3.5 stars.
Overall, some hits some misses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big bowl of ramen. Very filling. Different choices of ingredients that include prawns (signature dish), pork and wonton. The soup is thick and rich but a little too salty. Attentive & friendly staff. Limited seating but can use the restaurant next door (under same group).
