★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make a wasted trip down to orchard branch for my underarm treatment but was told that it’s is not recommended since I am still breastfeeding. Before coming down for appointment, I have specifically ask the staff if I can resume treatment given that I am breastfeeding and the staff mention that I can. Would have appreciate if the staff have mention it to me earlier before confirming my treatment. Instead of being apologetic, the staff mention that they are referring to Brazilian instead where treatment can be resume. I have shown them my text message which clearly mention that the conversation was referring to underarm treatment. Yes, conversation ended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely misleading. Promotion on their website does not state underarm ipl is priced differently for male and female. Called their shop and they did not even bother recognising the mistake on their website. Thank god I did not spend a cent at this sexist shop.
