★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful and grandeur condominium. Nearby within walking distance. Buangkok mrt, ntuc fair price, kopitiam. Bus no 43,43a for sengkang, punggoh, chua chu kang, east coast, 27 for airport . There is a covered linkway leading to mrt these places. Traffic is very convenient. Nice residential place.

The condo is 400m from Bangkok MRT and near by amenities include NTUC, food court, KFC, eateries, bakery and other convenient shops. It is also within two MRT stops to Hougang Mall, Compass One and Waterway Point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo with good facilities - tennis courts, pool, half basketball court, BBQ pits, gym, outdoor fitness stations. Sufficient parking lots for residents (up to 2 cars per unit). Very convenient - short walking distance to Buangkok MRT station, 24-hr NTUC Fairprice, coffeeshop and clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most security guards there polite and friendly, especially Uncle John, makes my visiting experience a breeze! One of the rare guest toilets that are fully air conditioned. Night view is nice.
