Nice condo with full condo facilaties and right in front of Bartley MRT Station.

For starters, this condo has great proximity to Bartley MRT which you can access via the side gate. The thing I find it unpleasant is you have to drive all the way along Upper Paya Lebar for you to enter the main entrance. Road leading up to the entrance is also rather narrow so I can imagine issues in the morning where people staying in the landed residential area will have to join in the mad rush. I am not a fan of the developer, and I find this condo very clustered - leaving me with a very uneasy feeling (if I imagine myself coming back home after a busy day at work). A lot of trees and greenery (which is fine) but I find it very confusing to get to facilities without clear directions. The unit that I visited had a facing to Botanique@Bartley so there was no view to admire (to say the least). Balcony is also less spacious than the ones I've seen so I'm not sure how much space you can work with if you want to do a alfresco dining outside. The renovation and design of the lift lobby and car park also gives me a vibe that it is largely a HDB setup (so I am not sure why I would pay a premium for staying here). Wonder if other residents here have the same thinking?

Security makes entrance registration a breeze. They do their job but was swift. Kudos!

Good place to stay but unfortunately the basement/ parking design is a bit confusing. But overall great, can't complaint.

Worst condominiums in Singapore ever! The security guards are the worst I've ever since. They are beyond rude and bullies guests and deliverymen, they go around nosing what these residents and refuse to open gates for delivery riders causing a lot of noise when the rider had to yell at them. Do yourself a favour, and save that trip to view that apartment there. No sane souls would want to live there!

Directly above the Bartley MRT station, short walk to bus stop along Bartley Road and Upp Paya Lebar Road. Near to Nex and Junction 8, quick access to CTE, towards Airport and Town. At the right block, you will enjoy nice unobstructed view and breeze almost every day. Great location.

Best condo ever! Beautiful pool. A lot of vending machines. Don’t miss the historical boddhi tree next to the playground. Buddha attains enlightenment while meditating under one of these trees.
