★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and tidy plus very systematically organised condominiums - 3 swimming pools within the grass n trees.
The car park is abundant of free parking spaces.
The view from the pouch facing the seas...is very beautiful even though block by other condo blocks.
Nice environment.
Except there is noise from the construction work going on near-by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely facilities and general space within the condo. They key pain point of the condo is the management who are very strict and inflexible - it genuinely feels like they are actively working against the people who live there (rather than there to support them). It sometimes makes it hard to relax and enjoy the environment you live in. Another pin point is the fixtures which are not of the highest quality, with always something broken on the grounds (and with very long lead times in the way they address these issues it can become a bit of a problem - Ie. Broken shower for 6 months by the pool, broken bbq for 6 months etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no pedestrian safety getting in and out of the condo, everything is prioritized around using a car. This is poor giving that this a condo with a high number of young families.
Also management allow any renovation to happen with no consideration of residents right to a peaceful environment. Quite common to allow multiple renovations to happen at the same time, they don’t consider spacing them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite condos in Singapore. Freehold estate by wheelock properties completed in 2008. Sprawling grounds that has manicured lawn, art sculptures adorned the grounds. The club house is a conservation building which used to be a beach house, very grand staircase and ballrooms that you can rent for events. I love the carpark foyer, one of the most grandest and welcoming ever. Units sizes are generous and large with a good sized balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely well maintained development which feels resort like. A number of large pools including a lap pool, tennis courts, decent gym and basketball net. A short walk to Katong V and a number of restaurants behind the development. Bus stops outside the front of the condo. This really is a fantastic place to live and very family friendly.

There are enourmous pools, suitable for all ages(but in different pools), a spacious gym, tennis court, and basketball court. One of the best condos in the east. Just 1 min walk to Katong V, 10 minute walk to Parkway Parade, and there are bus stops outside of the condo. Will be a few minutes walk to the Tanjong Katong and Marine Parade MRT which is expected to open in 2025. 10 min drive to places like Suntec City and a little longer to reach Orchard Road.
