★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely set apartment, downside is the downstairs's series of connecting shallow ponds are actually more of a hassle to pass through due to its winding pathways with no bridge, even though it is a very pretty garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been living here 2 years. Moving out now and cant wait. There are 580 units, its very busy. Its very loud with screaming kids if you overlook the pool and traffic on Mt Batton Road. There is also construction of a mega condo directly opposite, this will go for another two years at least. The pole driving hasn't even started yet , still tearing down old buildings, been listening to that for months already. This area should be avoided at all costs until they finish the MRT and Condo Development. Just too noisy and congested. Security is a joke, guards just let people in regardless and entry to the blocks is easy , just wait for someone to open the door. So many people coming and going, tenants, food delivery, parcel delivery, visitors and people looking at the empty units as everyone is leaving the noise and congestion. Good luck in your search

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice place, very convenient if you work in Suntec, huge territory with well maintained amenities, quite far from eateries, but still walking distance, but you've got quiet place instead.
East Coast Park is just 7 minutes walking.
