A moderately equipped gym that's quite well maintained.
Friendly and professional security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best thing about this condo is the pool. It's huge and rarely anyone uses it. It's got smaller pools as well for kids and a decent sized gym. The units are small but well designed so that its usable. It's also very conveniently located to several bus stops and east coast park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Security Management is nonsense! Seriously! We are doing groceries delivery and we had 9 house from different block. They won't let us park at the basement and do delivery. We had to walk with heavy groceries to every house using ramps n stairs just to get to the blks. Sickening kinda of management this place have!
