The Secret Garden By Zeekri - 19 Baghdad St

Spent our iftar at this cozy restaurant. We booked a table online and subsequently received a message from the staff to place my order in advance so as to minimize waiting time during iftar. We ordered quite a spread, and all of the food tasted fantastic. Absolutely in love with the ravioli and potato gratin. And also credits to the serving crew, Cheerling and Viki, for the attention and great service they provided during our dinner. (ps: Opening the door so we can hear the adzhan from Masjid Sultan was a nice touch ?)

Great cafe to hop in ? We ordered Cheese Croissant, Hot Earl Grey by Pot, Ice Peach French Soda and Red Velvet Cake. All tasted great ! Hubby and I were seated outside as inside just a table for serving which was not available at around 4:30pm on Sunday. We were seeing long queue and crowd over the next door beverage store BROTI. I think most people in Singapore like bubble drink very much. The Red Velvet Cake is amazing! The sweetness is perfectly suit me and mix with slight sour cream cheese. The texture of the sponge is moist and soft to cheer my taste buds. I definitely will come again! Bye ?

My friends and I enjoyed our brunch here, on Saturday, 19 March. We were served by Effendi and Cheer who were warm, friendly and helpful. I must say that the Steak, which was medium well, was the best steak I’ve ever had. It’s succulent and flavourful. The apple strudel and croissant were also delish. Alhamdulillah. Thank you, The Secret Garden.

I have visited this cafe twice. Once with family & once with my Chinese friends. Both groups loved the food & service. Staffs are very friendly & food is served pretty prompt. Duck confit was recommended by the waiter & it was a blessing as I probably would not have ordered it willingly. The duck was crispy yet soft. Not tough at all. The mash under the duck is heavenly. The ambience is lovely though seating is a little cramped due to safe distancing. Nothing too bad though your neighbouring tables might be able to hear your conversations too ? 10/10 would visit again! Ps. try the secret garden mock tail. So refreshing!

Pretty nice cafe friendly staff small but they have a second floor. Nice cakes and coffee to dine in. Great place to hang out for afternoon tea or even lunch. Didn't know they also serve lunch too. May try again another time. The latte is pretty good. Like the location and decor of this place. Has a very cozy feel to it. They make the cakes in their kitchen.

Great Halal Cafe! Really nice ambience especially if you sit upstairs! The service staff were friendly and talkative (which I respect and love as it shows the servers interest in you and pride in their food) giving recommendations and cracking jokes! On the topic of food, it was really very good! The key highlights to me were the french onion soup which was to die for... and the prawn and scallops pasta, very rich and interesting! A hint of spice and sourness with a creamy and flavourful bite. One down side though, is the menu is too hard to pronounce or remember (forewarning for guys who want to impress girls) I had to read the descriptions and make my own interpretation of what to call the dish when ordering hahaha! But the staff were very helpful in this area too.

We just happened to walk at arab st then found this cafe. Excellent steak and french ambience. The truffle pasta is also a favourite which my daughter liked! Brilliant effort and decorations! Desserts were also delicious! Definitely will come again. Nice and relaxing cafe in the middle of town. Hope it stays here for good! Compliments to the Chef.

Never knew this place existed until a colleague organised a get-together meal here. When I approached the door, a staff came to open the door and guided me to the seating upstairs. The whole ambience feels so cozy and homely. The staff was very attentive and the food is amazing. And we were sitting by the side of the window which elevated the experience. This will definitely be on my list for another visit.
