Had a very good experience in Shirt Bar, credit goes to Mr Jonathan @ Jewel Outlet. He is professional and could understand my needs. Highly recommended. Will be back again soon. :)

I had the best shopping experience at The Shirt Bar @ Jewel and I was served by this wonderful guy named Jonathan. We went there with the intention to get some t-shirt for my hubby. Jonathan showed me some scarves but I have no intention of buying them since I already have alot at home, he noticed that I was wearing a basic coloured shirt and he asked me, Am I someone who loves to wear basic coloured shirts and I said Yes. He then nicely showered me 2 scarves and he said I could just try them and he was not pushy or anything. I tried them on and I LOVE IT!!! My hubby bought 2 t-shirt but it was not available at the store so Jonathan arranged for a home delivery and guess what ? I received the parcel with a personalised note along with my hubby name on it. It was such a lovely gesture and it's certainly not something I get from other retailers ( even the one I regularly shop at ) I was so touched and I will definetely come back for more as I feel very appreciated. I love the quality of their products and of course a Big thank you to Jonathan for his wonderful service and we will see you again very soon. Sera.A

Jonathan and fellow lady colleague were really patient, attentive and most of all, made myself and fiancee feel at total ease while picking out my outfit for that special day. We tried multiple combinations of everything and there was never any pressure to rush even when multiple customers were at the shop. Big thumbs up and highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars :)

Salesperson Rahila was attentive and friendly. She was very helpful in assisting us on which pieces to buy. Her engaging and welcoming attitude definitely played a part in making a decision on whether to purchase an item or not. Ended up getting a shirt which we had not at all intended to when we first walked into the store. All our queries were answered and we had a pleasant experience at The Shirt Bar.

?The worst shopping experience I've ever had! Feel cheated! Called my son in his birthday month , offered 20%discount, and promised to get the black color suit he requested ready for him.but when we were there, don’t have black color suit within my son’s budget, under the hard selling, was forced to top up $300+ to buy an expensive set of wrinkle free premium wool suit which is the normal price is $800+ and only choice of the standard black color as well! As no stock, we couldn’t check the actual piece but paid first! So bad finishing when collecting, many wrinkles even worse than the normal non wrinkle free wool material. Please check the photos as per attached. Shared the photos with other friends, and theyall feel that the workmanship is not acceptable. I asked the shop to check, they couldn't do anything but only steam it again and again. And told me it would be fine if I iron it at home, but they already steamed it a few times, no improvement at all. So I asked for a refund and was rejected, they explained that because the fabric is too thin…I think they are not good at handling the thin material. Only offered some discount finally after one and half months. I had no choice, had to top up $200+ again to buy one more set of suit at normal price as they explained my son’s birthday month was over. Whatever in the end I spent about $1000 +alteration $25 to buy one set which was not satisfied with its poor workmanship and the other was not really needed and like at normal price! Don’t have many choices there as well. The fabric of only two designs of the suits are wool, all others are polyester. And only one design has standard black color. My son even bought his most expensive short sleeve t-shirt there at $63 after 20% birthday discount as well, really hard selling! I will definitely never come back! The rules that cannot return or exchange after alterations are based on the fact that you must provide a suit of acceptable quality. You need to bear the loss and take the full responsibility, not pass it on to the customer if you didn’t do a good job!

Joanthan's service was exceptional. Even though he had to juggle the needs of multiple customers, he made each one feel comfortable and was able to attend to the needs of each individual person. He was patient and gave great advice and suggestions on pairing outfits for a specific event. Throughout, he was positive and bubbly, he truly is a fantastic ambassador for the store!
