★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was busy on my phone outside the shop, and the cashier uncle kept shouting and rushing me to do the safe entry and show him the vaccination status (should be the same one everyone was referring to).
When our order was ready, the collection point is to the far right of the counter, but I went to the centre as I saw a tray ready on the counter (you expect everyone to be familiar with the shop layout?). He then shouted at me, and told me my order was on the right side.
Poor customer service and horrible attitude. Management please look into it. Did not get the name but he is the loudest one. Will not enter this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tea master here! Drink was perfect. The uncle staff was friendly too and i casually asked if there were other muffins cos i didnt like the orange one left there, and he was helpful to go check for me. In the end, got my banana muffin hehehe.
Nice place to chill and rest after walking arnd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I crave for thick and smooth Yuan Yang or coffee, soft boiled eggs and kaya toast, I would be here. The quality of the food is consistent and the service staff are friendly. Nice cosy place to catch-up with friends or to take a break after some shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to taste the magical Traditional Kaya Butter Toast , perfect Soft boiled eggs & local Tea or Coffee ! Can opt for healthier peanut butter option if visiting regularly. The Ginger milk tea is also nice ! ( This applies for any branch ) & is a must try for tourists ! A regular snack time weekend indulgence!
