★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am coming to singapore to buy gold coins and some gold jewelry for my wife ie bracelet pierced earings and anklet, what i dont want is over priced slow inconsiderate sales peoplke messing up my happiness when there. i read about them asking people credit cards charging immediatly then waiting for 2 months finally for the pay back and still the numbers wrong. WRONG WRONG, So i am not coming to this place so they can sin and mess me all over close your store doen go sell encyclopedias or the like. "ewwwwww!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience with The Singapore Mint! Ordered a gold coin, credit card was charged immediately, then was informed my “ballot was unsuccessful”. Refund took almost two months and even then was incomplete and for the wrong amount. Sent multiple emails - no response. Called their hotline - goes to voicemail every time, and no call back. Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just as the recent bad review written about the Singapore Mint. My sister has the same absolutely bad experience with them. She sent in the cheque in order to qualify for the ballot for the Kim and Trump coins, trusting in Singapore Mint. She was informed in July that her ballot was unsuccessful but it has been a more than a month and she hasn't gotten back her money. She called and asked but was told several times that the cheque will be sent to her. But so far, nothing! Singapore Mint, you are supposedly a reputable brand name and yet what are you doing there with the long delay in the refund. Never again!
