Amazing service by Ronnie from TSS! He is very approachable and patiently explaining to us the difference in features for his Kaadas Digital Locks. I am expecting my Kaadas K7 to come in this week. Can't wait!

While I think this review is abit harsh but I feel it should be known to consumers out there Firstly TSS guys were very professional and I applogise here on this platform that I was pretty rude to the person on the phone So this is what happened: I bought a lock from Hoz digital whom is an authorised agent for Kaadas or TSS. But what is disappointing is what TSS tells you is not the same as Hoz digital. TSS person told us himself that we shld only use 4 batteries and shld replace test batteries immediately but what Hoz digital told us is to add 4 more batteries and to only change them 6 months later without stating that we need to change the test batteries. As a result of that I had a battery leak. TSS people were kind enough to sort it out for me but I had no recourse to anyone on the $200. I acted on advice from their authorised agent only to find out that this is not right when Kaadas came to my house. The agent Hoz digitsl is shirking responsibility while TSS relies on their warranty that clearly states battery leakage is not covered under warranty (which is fair and common) but all this could have been avoided if they ensured authorized agents gave the right advice. My advice - just buy kaadas products directly from TSS. They give the right advice and at least if anything is wrong they handle it calmly and correctly
