-decided to get them to service my air-con 6mth later, which is quite good also as the cleaning is very thorougher ( see attached photo)

โ โ โ โ โ U Sin was the 2nd contractor that I called. Their inspection fee was priced competitively. Their solution did not include tearing up false ceilings and re-do my home wiring and pipes. They materially improved the quotation from the 1st contractor. For my 5 aircon units installation, they completed the job in 4 hours. I now can understand why they have many orders to complete and difficult to book them.

โ โ โ โ โ The team of sales and installer are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are not pushy when come to sales of aircon and tell you the pro and cons based on your need and consumption and recommended the most suitable for your home. During the installation, they also feedback and found out why my old aircon is giving me headache and how to fix in the new installation to avoid the same issue. They also provided service advice after installation and help us with the paper works for extended warranty without me doing it myself. Highly recommended and would like them to service my aircon in future.

โ โ โ โ โ I was recommended to U Sin Air Con by Mr Loke. After talking to their staff about installing new System 3, I decided to give them a try. My air con is a Toshiba (YouMe series) System 3 using R32 gas. After 3 years of usage, it is still performing well without any complaints. No water leakage, no complaints of air con not cold, no complains of noise or weird smell. Our family has benefitted greatly to this new air con. The quality of installation works carried out by the technicians play an important role in keeping your air con running well over the years. Everything from the FCU, compressor, insulation, drain pipe, coolant pipe, cables and wall mountingbrackets were well done by U Sin Air Con. Today they came back for yearly servicing and I was surprised to see their boss. Job well done. Happy to recommend U Sin Air Con for new installations and servicing needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Affordable prices and outstanding service. They have nice admin staff who attend to your needs and are not pushy on sales. Their service technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Especially this technician named Ah Wen (not sure if correct spelling), he was quick yet detailed and you could see he was very experienced. He even went the extra mile to do some additional checks and recommendations. I hope he is well recognized and compensated in U Sin because he is definitely an asset to the company.
