She is very friendly and did an amazing job identifying the root cause of the injury and relieved the tight muscles causing it. After which she taught me some useful exercises to help strengthen my muscles. Highly recommended!
m	minyan tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do a lot of heavy barbell work (squat, bench, deadlift) and never realized how much tension/pain I was actually carrying around in my body until Denise pointed out all the problem areas and worked on them! Obviously it’s painful AF during the massage but I always feel a million times better after. Denise is also super patient in answering all the questions I have, and also showing the mobility exercises I can do myself for maintenance.

Her massage was intense but she was accommodating for my pain level. On top of that she was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and I can do to manage my pain. At the end of the massage, she took her time to go through with me some exercises to help me manage my sciatica better. Can't asked for a better therapist.

Denise is knowledgable and has provided me much relief with the pain I have in my back. She also taught me exercises that would benefit my recovery. Through her, I got to know Alice who is the physiotherapist at the centre. Both of them are empathetic to my situation and have been extremely helpful in my recovery. I still see them on a weekly basis and I feel very much better and hopeful that I can be totally pain free very soon. I highly recommend them.

She also massaged the tightness from from my upper back and neck, which are stiff from long days at a desk job. On top of that, she is an extremely friendly person who is easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Denise really zeroed in on the affected joints and muscles, and even used tools for those hard-to-reach muscles. She also gave me tips on how I can do some massages at home. The location of the centre is also very accessible. I will definitely be back!

Didn’t had any problems with daily living but thought that the joint cracks on my shoulders and back were normal but she spotted and helped with some deep tissue/muscle massage. She also taught me some simple exercises to do at home/in the office. Denise is also very friendly and approachable in sharing her knowledge in her specialty. Thankful that my colleague intro me this place and sports massage. 10/10 will recommend for stiff shoulders/spots :)

Alice is by far the best because not only she is extremely hands-on with the release of tension (compared to many others), there is almost immediate relief of pain for me. She is patient and generous with her knowledge. Every session is a worthwhile investment as I get my lower pain relieved in order to continue my active lifestyle.
