I first met him with 2 issues (knee & hand) 4 months ago and it has since eliminated to 1 issue now. Together with my PT, Gerard, in AI Gym, Dexter empathises with my active lifestyle being affected, and went above and beyond when it comes to monitoring my progress, keeping my issues (past and present) in check, and communicating with my doctor to have a good understanding how we can move forward together as a team. I would strongly recommend Dexter as a Physio. Plus, he is really good in dry needling too, easing off any muscle tensions, that had potentially led to my injuries. Thank you so much, Dexter!

He’s a knowledgable physio therapist who’s charming and makes the experience fun. He has the strength and skill to make the sessions worthwhile.

Dexter Kin has a strong background in health from his background in medical care and he is also certified personal trainer with experience with many different types of athletes from beginners to professionals – AI Health is a one stop shop for physiotherapy clinic, gym facilities and personal training and I cannot recommend it more highly. On a more personal note, Dexter is super down to earth person and tailors all his programs to each person, go check it out!

Aside from general physical maintenance, he has also provided me detailed guidance on exercises to help with rehabilitation and recovery from injury. He is properly trained and certified, and is very knowledgeable. Dexter has provided thoughtful assessments to my problems, which I have greatly appreciated.
Dexter's also quite personable with a quirky sense of humor and very strong thumbs to get at those deep knots in the shoulders and back.
AI Health is conveniently located in Boat Quay. It is an active clinic, situated right next to the gym facilities where you go through your exercises. The clinic is clean and spacious, bright and comfortably set. It's a great place for your sports health needs.
