one of the staff in tampines on weekday evening shift was really rude. She was eating her dinner i am assuming and she had to serve the customer. If she does not want a disruptive dinner, eat somewhere else other than counter. dont show ur displeased face to the customer

Horrible service at Bugis outlet. Impatience and rude. The staff (Liyan) is Super rude. Not even a thank you or a word of courtesy from her. When enquiry about sizing for clothes, she just answer "whatever is there, it's there." From her actions and words, you can feel a sense of annoyance. I am a paying consumer, I don't expect excellence service but at least don't make me feel disrespected. I sincerely hope the boss/owner of The Stage Walk will recruit staff with higher standards, at least with better customer service skills. I just can't stand how the other customers and myself were being treated. AS IF WE OWE THEM.

The customer service at Bugis is horrible. I happened to try on 4 sets of clothes. The customer service lady with heavy make-up was obviously unhappy about it and even loudly complained to her colleague when I was in the changing room. The shop was not even busy at that time. How unprofessional. Totally spoilt my shopping experience with TSW. Definitely going to boycott this shop.

On 23 Oct, I bought their Jasmin Asymmetrical Ruffles Midi Dress in Pink after trying it on at their Bishan outlet. I got a brand new piece, everything was fine but to my horror when I checked through the dress at home I realised there was a small hole at the bottom of the dress... brought the dress back to the Bishan outlet the next day for an exchange but they did not have a new piece and I didn’t want the display piece. They said they had stock at the Bugis outlet and can reserve 24 hours for me. I then went down to the Bugis outlet on 25 Oct and changed for another piece. BUT WHO KNOWS THAT PIECE WAS TOO SMALL FOR ME, I couldn’t fit in. Aghasted at the difference in the fitting of the dresses although the dresses shared the same S size, I went down AGAIN for the 3rd time to do an exchange. They said there’s no new piece anymore and in the end, I had to make do with another dress that was $2 cheaper and there’s no refund for the shortfall (and wasted trips I made). If they do make a check, they would know this is a 100% true incident and I am not lying on here. I’ve been a fan of thestagewalk and have bought their apparels on not more than one occasion. Fair enough, the quality of their clothes have been quite good. It might be my bad luck this time round, but I would not be purchasing any apparels from here anymore after this very unpleasant experience. I certainly do not want to cause so much trouble for myself by simply just purchasing a dress. Felt so indignant about this whole experience that I had to post a review to share it on here.

Not surprised with the reviews about the retail staff at Tampines 1. I’ve been there 3 times and it has been unpleasant every single time. Staff gave an expressionless face, transactions were curt and attitude is extremely bad overall. It’s too bad because the ambience of the physical space is lovely, but their service quality is horrendous. The whole experience was so painful and unpleasant, it feels like a horrible aftertaste. Will never patronize there again, and would give 0 if i could.

Have to agree with the previous comments that staff are really unfriendly and rude. Was at Tampines One outlet and the 2 female staff had no smiles on their faces at all when I asked to try on the clothes. When we asked for sizes, they just dissed us by saying that there are no more sizes for that particular item and unwillingly went to the back to search for a new piece for us for another item. While paying at the cashier, they were still pretty unfriendly, no smiles on their faces at all and did not even seem happy to serve.

Shopped at Tampines 1 outlet today. Contrary to the other reviews, I felt that the service staff is really attentive and helpful! She didn’t hang around like a vulture and I had my personal space when I was looking through the racks. When she saw that I had picked an outfit, she approached and asked if I wanted to put it in the changing room. Why is service even a reason for 1-star reviews? The clothes are of good quality.

Retail store staff are nice, but the online experience was dreadful. Sent returns and packed properly per request into original plastic. Clothes are obviously not worn. One dress had a missing tag and they insist this infringed on their return policy. Asked me to topup to take the dress back. Seriously… This dress was store returned - should I say this tag was missing during handling? Or never there in the first place? Considered it donated.. Great, you can resell the dress again.. If not for the nice retail staff, the online handling deserve no star.
