The baked stuff is good! Pretty crowded but still they manage to process your purchase real fast!

GOOD to keep your sink clean. QUITE A SIGHT. Everything I buy breakfast. I have to look away. Hygiene and cleanliness very important for F&B.

Love the promotion love love the breads. It has a variety of bread to choose from which has very distinctive flavour is like corn flakes chicken floss bread and on the day that I went with the promotion which is about 1 bread for $1! It should have more counters for payment though, it was rather slow. The security should tighten too as I saw a couple just chugging some bread down then hiding them in their bag before leaving! One of the lady wasn't too friendly, she didn't want people to disrupt the flow of the kitchen but she asked us to move away in a very rude manner when she could have said it nicely. Otherwise, it is def worth 4 stars given its variety. But don't be fooled by the $1 promotion, some of it are actually not $1.

Attitude of cashier is bad. If you only speak chinese and your customer only speak english, be patient when you attend to your customer… You impatience reflects badly on the company you represents

Nice dark indulgence cake. Chocolate was pretty rich in taste. However the size was kinda small. As it was ordered from foodpanda, the cake arrived with some flaws.

28Feb I was in there and that branch of Bread talk is not a good place to sit and eat at this because that area don't have wall so I felt a little bit shame. That's why I ate quickly ?. Whatever it takes, I love Bread talk.

I think they have sunk to a new low. The laziness of the cook is just unbelievable. Not only was the sandwich not toasted, he didn’t even bother to cut the sandwich. Where’s the quality control? BreadTalk group, what are you doing about quality and your reputation?

Update 2 MarchBread still not toasted. I think today it hit rock bottom in that chef didn’t even bother toasting the bread. Update 23 Feb. Bread still ghostly looking and not even toasted as you can see from the latest photo. Not sure what is happening of late but I’m getting increasingly agitated with this outlet. BreadTalk managers pls have a chat with the chefs. The Otah sandwich is supposed to be toasted on both sides. Sometimes depending on the chef it gets properly toasted. This morning 9 Feb 7am the bread is not toasted at all. Everyday is like taking a chance. You never know what you are going to get. Then yesterday I bought the salty version of the tau sa piah. It turns out to be the sweet one. The label was incorrect. I really don’t know what’s going on. Ive been a long time fan of this place but I’m losing faith in this outlet. Get it together guys. I’m trying hard to support local businesses and you are doing us loyal consumers a great disservice.
