★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s start with the positives... Good friendly service with great ambience and seatings inside. Happy hour Prosecco at 9++ is still okay. Open kitchen concept to view into chefs at work is always cool. 50% off pastries after 8pm is a nice offer too.
However, the high price you pay for normal food is just difficult to swallow. We ordered a burger, roast chicken, a gin tonic and a glass of Prosecco and paid SGD 70, “after our 1 for 1 main course” from entertainer. Imagine without the entertainer voucher, we would’ve paid easily SGD 100 for two mains and two drinks... rather steep!
Might as well pay a bit more and experience the buffet lunch at Clove. Amazing selection, cocktails and very good food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining at The Stamford Brasserie is a relaxed and chill affair. I didn’t try the set lunch but it seems value-for-money. I tried out the barramundi which was delicious; tender and fresh, firm but soft. I also tried the homemade gelato and really liked the pistachio flavoured one. Also, they have quite a large variety of beers to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poached barramundi had amazing texture and flavour, just that the portion was a little small. Pork ribs weren't too bad as well, a good balance of taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to walk past while they were having oyster promos. Was impressed with the freshness of the oysters. Served with only lemons. Which is the best way to eat oysters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located at City Hall right beside McDonald's. The food are good especially the roast chicken thigh served with mashed potato and brussel sprouts. Staff was attentive enough to let check eith us if we are ok with slightly pinkish in the chicken meat due to their cooking method. The pan fried barramundi was equally good. Ingredients used were fresh and the dishes were flavourful. Wouldn't have tried this place if it wasn't for burrple beyond 1-for-1 deals on main dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant hidden in the hotel lobby. Not much choice for main but still sufficient for a simple meal. Won't have know without using the entertainer app.
The pulled pork is good. The stew is even better.
Coffee was craft with interesting image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this place for 8 pax and it turns out their biggest table fits 8 max. This place comfortably sits 2-4 people max if anything according to the restaurant layout.
If you are coming from City Hall MRT, take the escalator to Raffles City Mall. Take a right turn at the door next to Mcdonalds and walk along the outside. Should take you 2-3 mins max to reach from MRT.
My overall experience with this place is very good. Staff are very professional and friendly as well and they take time to explain or answer any queries.
As for the food, our table opted for a sharing style so we ordered 6 mains and 2 sides to share. If you have a vegetarian in the group, the impossible burger is something you need to try!
I would say the food quality is really well done, as the chicken is generally tender and not hard while the ribs are well done too. I highly recommend the ‘one pot chicken stew’ as it’s like a mixed between a stew and shepard’s pie which makes it a unique dish itself.
There’s quite a few promotions including chope and entertainer so you can use those in order to save some money here.
Overall, will definitely return with a smaller group to try out again. Very nice environment for a date too as it’s dark!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food - the kebab and the pulled pork sandwich were really good. Definite recommend. The mozzarella tomato salad was refreshing and well balanced. Didn't try the drinks but there appear to be good deals during happy hour and a wide beer selection, especially craft bottles.
Took out a star for slow service and over fried waffle fries.
