On 1 May, purchased a bottle of Barbera at $70+. When opening it back home, the cork was moldy (even within the bottle) and crumbled.
The wine clearly went bad, smelt like pee and tasted like rotten eggs. Not a single person in our group of 6 had any other description for it.
Took it back to the store on 2May evening, but the store manager took a sip and insisted the wine is fine and that’s how it is supposed to taste like.
So go figure, if you want a good bottle of Italian piss-like Barbera, this is the place to go.

Pick and choose from a good selection of well-priced wine. BYOF from the Rail Mall stretch at no additional cost! Call in advance for a table if you want that cosy spot with your inner circle.
