★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a lovely environment. The products on the shelves are organized neatly and look amazingly arranged. I also had a great experience with the person in charge there who showed me around the showroom and explained to me the products. Would definitely come back again to check their item range if there are new items!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the products here! The team was very friendly and helpful in answering my queries on their social platform. Not only their service is good, but they also have blogs that educate and share about sustainability. Based on my online shopping experience with them, my parcels were also delivered to me within the week which is something that I really appreciate and love about them. Something unique about The Sustainability Project is their packaging. I was shocked when I received their parcels as my products were actually wrapped in recycled boxes and taped with stickers that other company gave them. They are really trying their best to save the earth and spread awareness of sustainability. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TSP is unique as it educates about sustainability, rather than a focus on sales only. I like how their telegram channel posts summarised info (eg. COP26 updates, earth day etc.) so I can be aware without reading lengthy articles.
Their showroom is also really bright and pretty! Worth making a trip down from time to time to see new products in their range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treat myself better by having this cool set. Bamboo toothbrush to start my day fresh. Kittea to always stay awake and focused throughout the day. Soap bar and then candle to unwind at the end the day. Highly recommend!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced to The Sustainability Project when I was gifted some facial rounds. Since then I have bought wet bags, stojo collapsible cups, stojo collapsible bowls, fabric cup holder from them as I slowly begin my little step in sustainability. My favourite is the facial squares as one side of it is like a towel. I love how it cleans my face really well esp since I am a lash extension user.
I am still using the first batch that I bought since 4 years ago and gifted some to friends.
The staff are all very nice, especially Joline, the founder of The Sustainability Project. If I have feedback on the products, she will share with me tips on how to best use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely showroom! The exterior of the building is a bit unassuming but the inside of the showroom is nice!! All the products are laid out very nicely on the shelves for us to browse. There's even a section to refill our own jars with consumables like soap flakes and also a section with preloved books! The people there are also very nice, patient and helpful to explain how to use the products! A great place to shop for sustainable items, 10/10 would recommend! :D
