β β β β β I bought one manual stand/sit desk and two office chairs, all new. All on the Monday before the circuit breaker, so it was a busy day for them. Very good service and very happy with the products. Good range of tops for desk and chairs. This is a office-oriented business not retail but they were happy to deal with me as a retail customer. Recommended. Do consider this as a viable alternative to the major global furniture chain for your home office needs.

β β β β β I would like to give MSA and the boss Roger a 10-star review. Our office purchased about 10-plus sets of workstations from him. Not only did he fix everything well (workmanship, speed of installation, communication etc), he also took the effort and went out of his way to track down spare parts from Malaysia and replaced some faulty hinges for us. Other vendors could have easily brushed us off by claiming that second hand furniture cannot be expected to be in 100% perfect condition. A big thumbs up for MSA and will not hesitate to buy from them again!
