The first thing that stood out to me was the interior. I went in the evening and the lighting and decor portrayed a very relaxing atmosphere to me. The store is located along East Coast Rd, which makes the restaurant very convenient and easy to find. I really enjoyed the food and wine pairing, which was recommended by the staff. Special shout out to the Jarmon Bikini and Sambal Stingray. They were awesome! The service staff were also very nice, checking in with us and make sure we are well taken care of.

My friends and I recently enjoyed a meal at the Wine Cove in one of their private dining spaces with a wide variety of food and some interesting wine pairings. We started off with a dry Manzanilla to accompany a spread of appetizers. I enjoyed the Tuna Mini Cone and Jamon Bikini in particular, although we also tried the Trio of Dip, the Para Picar and the Roasted Romanesco. My favourite wine of the evening was the Verdejo, a fruity light-bodied white wine that was very easy to drink. It paired excellently with the Clams a la Marinera and Barbeque Skate. We finished off with a PX Sherry, which was a little too sweet for me personally, but was smooth, syrupy and helped to enhance the savoury, caramel flavour of the Burnt Cheese Cake that we had for dessert. Overall, the Wine Cove provides a highly satisfying dining experience with excellent food, drink and service. I look forward my next visit.

Lovely spot to chill with your friends & family! Strongly recommend trying the “Trio of Dip” or the “Jamon Bikini” as a bar bite if you’re intending on getting a bottle; its easily one of the cheaper wine spots. Would also like to commend the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. For the service and atmosphere my friends and I enjoyed, we’re definitely coming back!

The wine cove is smack dab in the middle of siglap and it is in a very chill place overall. Upon entering, I was greeted by the European decor, it felt very dungeon like and it felt like I was a knight of the round table. The food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the tastes of the food. It has a soothing taste to it. I was surprised by their dessert wine as it was actually very sweet for a wine, it felt as though you are drinking syrup, but it was a pretty good experience. Overall, it is a good place you must visit when you are in the east.

I visited The Wine Cove on the 28th of December 2021 and was given a warm greeting by the staff despite there being a rather large crowd already at the location when we arrived. The service was excellent overall and the food itself was really interesting as we were served items both representative of the restaurant's cuisine as well as their own takes on local dishes such as sambal stingray. Each set of dishes had its own wine pairings which made for a much more delectable dining experience. It was overall quite an enjoyable as well as an educational experience.

For me, what really stood out from other restaurants was the attention to detail in terms of their decor and ambience. We were seated in a dimly lit private room reminiscent of a cove, that really set the mood. Food wise, some dishes that stood out to me were the barbequed skate that was tender yet delicate, their basque burnt cheesecake (that paired very well with their dessert wine) and their marinara clams which were packed with flavour. The staff were friendly and attentive, and carefully explained each dish to us when serving. All in all, would recommend this place!

Wonderful experience at The Wine Cove. Loved the ambience, it’s perfect for catching up with a small group of friends. All the food was good, especially the clams, asparagus salad and jamon bikini. The tuna cones were interesting as well, for someone who doesn’t usually order tuna. Ending the meal with the burnt cheesecake and dessert wine recommended by the staff was a great choice ? will be back!

Had an enjoyable time having a meal and catching up with friends. Favourite dish I had was the burnt cheesecake and wine pairing recommended by the staff, although the romanesco broccoli was a very close second. Really loved the decor style of the place as well as the fact that the food was brought out at a rather leisurely pace; we never felt like the staff was rushing us to complete our meal and were able to chit chat while thoroughly savouring our meal and wine. Highly recommend for others looking for a relaxing and chill night out to end their day.
