The store is located in the basement of jurong point. A big store with lots of goods and a pharmaceutical counter. Went to buy norit for my mum who's travelling to china. The staff are very friendly. Saw that i wasblooking for something and immediately approached me to help. The counter staff were also very friendly. Managed to flash a smile which was rare. Kudos! Great shopping.

One of the sales assistance was super unhelpful. Asked her where this particular cotton pads were and she used her head to point and I was like “where??????” because GURL what… then she finally point and said “there” with a face like as if I’m a bother to her. On a brighter note: the store is quite big.

The customer service in this venue is truly bad. I wanted to some assistance from the sales assistance to find a specific product but they were not keen on helping out, but instead directed me randomly to some area in the shop. If that was the case I could have just searched for the items myself. It's always the case every time I visit the store. They'd rather gossip with one another instead of assisting customers. I'm being generous with the one star. If I wasn't I'd give it a 0.

Quite bad service for the Malay Cashier whom worked night shift today. at rhe Jurong point #b1-14. She did not listen carefully what the customer wants and insist I didn't see the items and just want to be fast and swiftly obtained the Watson mouth wash the items which I didn't know she has took.. is like making a monkey out of me. and I went merry-go-round and search for the items. Very rude to me even I explained to her I did not notice that she has already collected the mouth wash. and shouted to me she is closing.

I received rude remark from the pharmacist on duty, as of 30 May , 12 pm. The pharmacist is really unprofessional and yelled at me when I politely request for a product. I respect if she can't fulfill my request, but yelling at customer is surely overboard

very rude staff tried to sell me haircare products as I was already buying haircare products. hassled me and said I did not take care of my hair and did not stop even when I said no. I was about to make a purchase but that made me walk away instead.

When to Jurong point Watson pharmacy around 4pm. I'm so glad that I found the product. Great service by the pharmacists and she done a excellent job of explaining to me the product. Great detail and instructions. I give her 5+star and thank you for the knowledge. So happy that my friend like the product ☺️
