G	Guoteng Zhuang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Process before 2pm and collect the next day 7pm to 9pm. You need a recent passport size photo which you can get at a photo both office directly beside the office on the same floor. Process was rather quick. Not sure about lunch time though.

Thats the reason of doing MACS. But machine at the custom always spolit. End up queueing. Wth. Y constant need new photographs. Sg passport dun need. Photo booth beside the comp charges 10$ for 6 photos. In total. I got 11 photos. Tell me which membership in sg need photograph. Jus use ur hp n snap photo of me. Jpeg format. This is what membership company do. Super recent.
E	Ellena Yoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holding a MACS pass thought that is a express lane. The machine all the times breakdown and end up quening for more than hours. Why am i paying for $35 dollar valid for one year? Approach the officer to know why the machine all the times breakdown and the answer is the SG vendor problem. Appreciate, can the SG vendor solve this problems.

This place is difficult to find, and the website didn't specify the items to bring for the MACS application, has to pay obnoxious price for a lousy photo shot next door with dishevelled look. And the staff was rude too! High Comm Malaysia should have a better partner to do this.

Is it because you are part of previous government administration? Where like the gas pipes, money is given, salaries are being paid, but nothing is being done. We will be writing a formal complaint to your current Ministry of Transportion so that they will re-look at your company, your finances and staff if no improvement is being done. Thank you.

And they put up notices that it will be halt from officially from 27 June. So, stop going to this office to give them free money that’s unusable eventually.
J	Joseph Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Malaysia, thinking with macs pass will be smooth entry , but having said that when reaching the Malaysia custom , all 3 gantry have stop functioning . What we have paid out our money and yet cannot be use or never maintain. Rumours said their investigating money fraud , some said misuse by unauthorised personnel impersonating the pass holder in order to enter without queuing. It’s pretty annoying and disappointing to hear that . Hopefully it will be restall when my next visit to Malaysia
M	Maureen Euphrasia Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macs, a service we are paying for but no service in johore both immigration jb via woodlands & 2nd link..the macs machine is spoilt 6mnths ago n still not repaired. We have to stand in the que long long to be served. What difference does it makes ? Nothing at all, when we question them, the jb immigration staff talk rude to us n purposely delaying our entry..no use paying for macs service. If no action is taken i will make a complain to the new malaysian government..pls dont waste $ applying for mac in spore. Spore only good for collecting $35.
