The clinic is at total chaos. The nurse missed out administered the Rotavirus to my son and just wrote in the healthy booklet that they had given. This result in my son loss his chance to be given the rotavirus vaccine. Now the clinic moved to the different level. And they fail to send the notification to the parents on the appointment reminder. The clinic didn't even inform the parents they had moved to a new location. My son again miss his vaccine appointment for one month. Totally not recommended. The worst service of clinic you would get. Please make sure don't use this clinic. Sign up your child at your own risk.

Will not recommend that u visit Dr Tan Kuan Yang clinic if u have a sick toddler and have no appointment with the doc. Brought my girl in for suspected hfmd. 1) Was at the clinic at 8.45 am as a walk-in. 2) after a 3.5 hr wait, at 12.15pm, one nurse called and asked if they could send my child to the other clinic to see dr Yang as she has a shorter walk in queue. 3) reason, if I were to wait for dr Tan, there would be 6 other patients ahead. 4) at ard the same time, when my Husband who was with my sick toddler at the clinic (which was almost empty) asked when will it be our turn, was told that he was next in queue. Why was I advised otherwise and requested to visit the other doctor only when the clinic was near closing hours. I would have expected that due attention be given to all patients (even if u are a walk in patient) to ensure that sick kids are attended to in a more timely fashion. Disappointing experience.

Avoid this place. Its total chaos. Had taken our baby for vaccinations. Had to wait for 2 hours. The doctor attended to us like a machine. A couple of questions like which brand of formula milk do you use. She doesn't bother what you reply. Its just a routine for her to finish up with you and attend to the next patient. What we liked was that the injections were administered very efficiently. What was lacking is the personal connect and the much expected professional connect that one finds with the doctor. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I had a terrible experience at the clinic today. My usual pd was not in so i had no choice but to visit the Dr Tan Kuan Yang clinic. My advice is if you are a walk in with a sick toddler, do NOT visit this clinic. Their priorities are the scheduled with vaccinaton. (Before I went in, the nurse even ask if i am here for a vaccination even though i stated i was here for a suspected hfmd/chicken pox). There is absolutely no queue system here. Its all decided by the young girls at the counter. They are happy to let a sick toddler with contagious illness wait around the clinic. My previous pd alwis mix walk ins and schedule appt bcos he understand parents do walk ins only if their kid is sick. At this clinic walks in will be the last... no matter how sick ur kid is or contagious. Fyi. I was the 1st at 830am but waited for 4hrs. Dr Tan asked me for a follow up. I said NO. Will never bring my kids or recommend any one to this clinic.

Would not continue with the PD here. Was recommended by our gynae to visit Dr T*n β€” we felt he wasn’t thorough enough. At birth, Dr T*n said baby had this condition and this wasn’t mentioned during our first visit. (Perhaps it’s just focused on a jaundice check? We’re not sure but we remembered after leaving TMC premise) We went to other clinics for first visits and experienced better service where the staff were helpful in explaining in details about the process and what to expect, etc.

Worst I’ve ever seen. Waiting and waiting. Just care about earning money rather than focus on care and babies all jamming outside while having a pandemic. Where’s the social distancing? Where’s the crowd control? Appointments system worse than a fnb and this is a medical care provider.

Terrible experience, there is no queue system. Please be prepared to wait 2-3 hours at least regardless of appointment. Even if your child is sick be prepared to wait for hours in an overcrowded space. The staff is completely overwhelmed. Extremely rude and careless attitude of front line staff. Please do not go here unless you have no other choice.

Avoid at all cost! Experience here was traumatic to say the least. Nurses and doctor are overloaded with patients and do not have the capacity to give the best care for worried parents. Expect long waits and an incredibly noisy and crowded waiting room with stressed out nurses. We were also pressured by the doctor to feed our baby more which have resulted in breastfeeding challenges we still face today. The doctor also relayed her opinion without much explanation and we were rushed out for the next patient, this is not the best environment to process a worrying diagnosis and to ask the questions you need! The best decision we made was to change our clinic of choice for the health of our son and our sanity.
