★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on New Year’s Eve and Rachel was very helpful in setting up my appointment and even advised the timing to minimise PH surcharge. Fonnie was extremely helpful and thorough in her explanation, and even checked in on me over the PH weekend to ensure I’m coping well. With her advice, I cleared my clogged duct with minimal discomfort. Very pleasant consultation at Thomson Parentcraft!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fonnie is a very experienced lactation consultant. She helped me express colustrum prior to delivery and I was able to express more at home and give it to my newborn in hospital. I think this helped me greatly in having confidence to breastfeed.
Post delivery- my baby had jaundice and I was not producing enough milk to keep her hydrated and I saw Fonnie again. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and was full of gems and tips how to navigate this common problem whilst still wanting to maintain bf. She taught how to do pace bottle feed and cup feed with formula to top up in between breastfeeds to minimise nipple confusion. Our baby’s jaundice came down, she didn’t need phototherapy after hydration and she still latches well. She was detailed and patient and answered all our questions and follow up subsequently post session. Would recommend to anyone who is motivated to breastfeed their child :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lumps that no matter how I massaged, they will not clear. So I approached Thomson Parentcraft Centre. the Recep was very nice to squeeze in a last min slot for me. Alice was the lactation specialist who helped me. After a horrible experience with the polyclinic, I was really scared. But Alice did a wonderful job. she was so gentle with me and there was barely any pain. she also solved the mystery of why my baby refused to latch. I can't be anymore thankful for her as I was about to give up breast feeding. I can never forget the magical moment when my son instantly started latching. Thank you Alice for your magical hands!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with lactation consultant services at Thomson ParentCraft Centre. In particular Mrs Sun Rong was extremely helpful during the first days after my baby was born. I like how patient and knowledgeable she is, and her attitude is very encouraging and non judgemental. I was back when my baby was 8 weeks old for another consultation and I got a lot of practical advice on latching, bottle feeding, using pump, as well as reassurance as a new parent.

She helped me through my first breastfeeding journey and she did the same for this second one! I am truly grateful! She is really amazing, kind and very understanding!
