It difficult to be organising wedding during covid, my husband and I were thinking of going around the bridal boutique and see what they all can offers. The very first stop is also our last stop, we had chosen TWC without considering the rest of the bridal shop. They gave us confidence that they are experienced and will give us the best for the package. We are very happy with the results! The person whom served us is ELLA, she really make sure that we have all need and will help us to settle everything. Even lent us an additional blazer. Our prewedding photographer is Gary. On our actual wedding day is Max. Max did a fantastic job in capturing details, he is very creative and proactive in trying to capture interesting photos. Love it.

I would like to thank Twc team for the wonderful experience. Especially my coordinator,MeiShi. MeiShi has been extremely helpful and patient. We are really thankful for her help. I love the white gowns selection that TWC offer. Twc should post more of their gowns on social media so that other brides can see more of your beautiful gowns. Thank you once again! But I’m disappointed with my MUA. Do go for trial and ensure you know what you want for the style. Especially when make up artists charge for eyelashes even for trial. On actual day my eyelashes couldn’t last in the morning and dinner as well even after feedback. She didn’t tell me to keep my morning eyelashes for dinner as she wants to used two eyelashes for my dinner look. So she almost want to charge me another eyelashes, luckily, I managed to find my morning eyelashes. My eyelashes drop in the 2nd half of dinner. Worst still, the eyelashes used didn’t make my eyes bigger. But enhance my flaw. Can you imagine the frustration and sadness a bride have to face?

Thumbs ?? to the whole team of TWC, especially Florence & Ella! Excellent service provided by all of them. They were very patient while we were trying out the gowns, also giving us their expertise advice. They have full range of services for wedding packages which will suit different individual needs. We have had a great experience at Thomson Wedding Collection for our special day! Our main wedding coordinator, Zart, was with us every step of the way, from the initial gown selection, to the adjustments, to the pre wedding shoot preparation and finally our actual day. He gave great support and even better advice for us to choose our perfect gowns and suits, and we are glad that him and the rest of the Thomson Wedding Collection team, especially our PWS photographer Gary and make-up artist Marina, were so professional and reassuring throughout the whole wedding planning journey. We had fun during a normally stressful process, everything went smoothly, and we will definitely recommend TWC as a one-stop bridal studio for couples looking to tie the knot.

Preparation for a wedding, especially choosing the right gowns and having the nice pre-wedding shoot can be fun, but stressful at the same time; however Zart took all those worries away from us and provided us the most amazing experience with TWC. He was so professional that made me decide to sign the package right away after his first consultation even though TWC was the first bridal shop we stepped in and was planning to go to a few others initially. Zart's knowledge about gowns is amazing. He did not really sell us the package but the experience and his passion to help the brides look best in their most important event in life. Zart made my whole gown selecting experience can never be easier. He knew exactly what will look great on me, compliment my body best; what can be photogenic, etc. He was also so helpful and patient with all the enquiries from day 1 till the day we finished our wedding ceremony. We are taking this opportunity to really extend our thanks to the TWC team, especially to Ella, Michelle and Fiona. They had been more than a great help towards our wedding preparation. Understanding our woes and providing a one stop solution to fulfil our desired wedding, is what matters to us and they will always try their very best to resolve for us. From selection of gowns to accessories and photos etc, we sought their help and having their patience and willingness to help is what we really needed. One instance where Ella portrayed utmost patience during the gown selection. Gowns are especially heavy and I really appreciate her effort and time (almost 3hrs) in the selection of my desired gown. Really love her service and attitude. She really hopes for every single wedding, the bride is satisfied with the gown chosen! Another instance is where the groom and I really wanted the night setup shoot. However the 1st outdoor PWS wasn't a success where there was a downpour and TWC helped to postpone in advance (helping us to check on the weather forecast) to avoid the charges, so that we can arrange again. My hubby and I both agreed that we really had the best of their services so far and they have indeed assisted us with almost every single details, not allowing us to miss out any as is the once and most important day of our lifetime. With this, we have became real friends and are so comfortable with each other. Finally to conclude, we would give 2 thumbs ? ? to the team for the great effort and services. Specially to Michelle, Ella and Fiona.

Great experience with TWC Team and especially to our consultant, Ella. she has done a great job preparing for us and giving us the assurance and guidance in selection of gown etc. She has been attentive and showing dedication towards her clients.
