Tried the frozen dumplings and it was good. Size is slightly smaller than usual but the fillings mix of pork and vegetable are in the right ratio.

Still a favourite go to for fried (Guo Tie) or steamed dumplings. They also sell frozen so you can bring home and have it when you want to.

I choice steamed dumplings which less vegetables and use more meat than another restaurant i felt. 10pcs per SGD$6.00 it was a little bit expensive at this people’s park but I understand that’s why above. One of delicious dumping restaurants.

Located at level 1, People's Park Food Centre in the China town area. The dumplings are made at their stall, so is fresh, they also have frozen ones (At a cheaper price ).The taste is good and the prices are affordable. There are two versions, fried type and cooked type, both are good. The food centre is usually busy and crowded during lunch time on week days, not crowded during dinner time as there is no office crowd at this time. It is very crowded on Sunday and Public Holidays. Dated : 01/05/2019 ( Wednesday ). Posted 6 photos.

Felt peckish one night and decided to pop by for Guo Tie (pan fried dumplings)! Everything is handmade and cooked upon order. It’s actually pan fried only on one side, so part of the dumpling is soft and moist, and the meat was fresh and chives inside brought out the taste. There’s even a little bit of soup inside (so be careful when you are eating it hot!). They will provide accompanying soya sauce with raw ginger so put on top of your dumpling and eat it like a local. Stall owners are so friendly and always willing to top up the sauces.

Stepping back into people park cooked food market after nearly 2 decades. Had lunch at this stall with their 水饺。The stall has a long history and well reviewed. For me, the dumpling had the thinnest skin I've eaten - for the boiled version. This level of thinness is award winning. We can't compare with the steamed ones we see elsewhere because these don't count as the dumpling don't go into boiling water. If we come again (hope sooner than a decade...), we like to try their 锅贴。

Dumpling stall with only 4 items on the menu run by singaporean family. I love a good dumpling and have tried quite many of late including authentic Chinese one. This has a really nice thin skin, each pouch perfectly folded and very delicious . Looking forward to try the soup with skin dough and rice cake, will also take home some frozen ones next round . Guo tie were more like deep fried but thankfully not greasy. The little amount of soup left in the dumplings weren't too bad either.
