★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and very unhelpful. Staff do not know how to take responsibility. Horrendous customer service. Despite them telling me they will get back to me soon regarding a concert over 3 months ago, they have yet to do so. It is very upsetting that my favourite artiste would choose such a lousy company to sell his tickets through. Excited for the concert, but indescribably disappointed in the process of getting the tickets through the company.

If APACTix doesn't reply to my request by the end of Friday (Nov, 1 2019), I'll contact my bank for a dispute.
Update: they agreed to refund the money. Haven't received yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to buy tickets from. Called to ask if there were going to be offline sales and they said no, but there are many people reselling physical tickets online. Called again this morning to clarify and the lady insisted that they tickets were complimentary, given by FAS and said they can’t do anything about it. Would give zero stars if I could.
