When i ask for 2 chicken floss, they either give me 1, or they just change to another thing themselves without asking. Once they changed it to something spicy where by i dont eat spicy at all... End up giving it to my mum instead. Waste my money waste my time.. It has been 5 or 6 times already before i write this comment. And i am not gg to order anymore delivery from qq rice.
N	Ngee Wah Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QQ Rice is the rice magician selling many options of healthier rice rolls. Today we went for the healthier choice recommended by the Health Promotion Board. It is the Q-Tofu rice roll. It was made from purple rice with 5 ingredients. They were sweet corn, braised peanuts, Japanese cucumber, emperor vegetables and Tofu. 297 calories. There are many options and combinations. There are five types of rice and 48 ingredients to choose from. Good, healthy choice but not the cheapest. Each rice roll costs about $4.50 and certain ingredients require us to top up cash. Additional 30 cents for Emperor vegetables.

Service - thank you won't disturb you anymore. Sorry I was disturbing by buying . Or is it because prices have gone sky high?
D	Dominic Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 27March 9am and saw the lady staff with her bad attitude... Recently got promotion of their Rice Snack Rolls at Shopee. Saw public came made redemption and after he left, the lady staff hide all Snack Rolls inside and not to let others to redeem. The seller has to know that when people made redemption means your company get money from Shopee after yourself click confirmed redeem from Shopee Apps. Such a bad attitude to hide the Rice Snack Roll behind the selves is making more loss to the company!!!
X	Xiao Mi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to redeem my e voucher that I bought from shoppee here. It's my first time buying here too. When I entered the stall, it's empty even though it's only 5pm. Despite that, I still approach one of the staff asking her whether I can redeem. Her tone was rather loud saying "No, come at 7pm". So I just left. I gave 1 star as there's rooms of improvement in terms of the staff (perhaps tell them to be nicer to customer, apologize or smile to the customer when something we want is finish). Because of this experience, I'm not even sure if I want to redeem my e voucher

No apologies, not willing to help solve the problem. What's the point of selling so many vouchers and not preparing enough for redemption? Despite that, if the staff had good attitude, I would not give one star rating.
