Wife's Tag Hauer watch stopped and I didn't want to travel to town to the service centre. Went to this shop instead and was served by a young lady by the name of LY. She deduced it was due to water seepage and proceeded to skillfully dismantle, dry and reassemble the watch and got it working within the same visit. Previous store manager was a larger nice man who was also helpful. He said he could help send the tag hauer to the service centre for a small fee as the water seal was likely defective. Also gave good tips and helped me select watches for my kids. Fast forward 2 years later, the tag hauer stopped again with visible condensation on the watch face. Brought it back here but didn't see the previous manager or LY. Was served by a supervisor (lanky Chinese man) who brushed me off to the service centre after changing and charging me for the battery, but it was to no avail. He insisted that there was no condensation despite me pointing it out, and rudely shooed me off. I was shocked by his extremely unfriendly demeanor. Learnt from another sales staff that the previous supervisor was in causeway point instead. Went back the next day to try looking for LY. She immediately diagnosed the problem and told me she needed to dry the parts in their dehumidifier overnight. Came back the day after and watch is perfectly working. Thumbs up to her!

I brought two watches to this shop, one old and one new watch, to change battery and shorten the strap. The strap for old watch was bent and I thought nothing much can be done. But the uncle, helped me unbend the strap even without me asking, changed the battery. It made me so happy because my old watch looks as good as new! I could hug the uncle! He also helped me shorten the strap for the new watch. He only charged me for battery change. His price was not even reasonable. It was really cheap, at least for me. I would pay more for the good service! Please don’t ask for free services from this uncle. His talent and skills are rare. Service was so good, I had to leave review. 5 star service for sure. Very nice and kind uncle. Highly recommend this shop to get your watch fixed and to buy watch.
