Avoid them for aircon installation. Their quote was more ex than another company we went to but engaged them because we got introduced by relative. Paid 50% deposit ($2000+) to install aircon in house. Arranged with Charles for a date to install trunking. Took leave specially to be there, but they no-show n didn't inform till we called him. Rescheduled to next day 1pm. Asked our parent to help us go to the house, they no-show AGAIN without informing, and made our parent wait for hours. Specially left work early to check what was going on, n the workers only reached the house at 4:45pm without the supervisor Charles although Charles told us explicitly that he would definitely be there to supervise the installation as he's the one who discussed the trunking location with us. In the end, the workers were unclear of where exactly to place the aircon unit. Now rescheduling again to next day because they only did trunking halfway, but Charles is unable to confirm the time, wants to tell us what time they will be there only on the actual day. Ignoring whatsapp when we requested for confirmation the night before. Totally disrespectful of people's time after collecting deposit, as if we don't need to work and are just waiting there all day for them to arrive. Avoid them. Irresponsible company. Update: They finally showed up to install trunking n pipes but no one there to supervise so they did a poor job. Cracked trunking, damaged our wall plastering without filling up, never fill up holes on exterior Hdb wall leading to our bedroom too after installing steel bracket. Asking them to come back to fix but super difficult, cuz they just don't have manpower. Honestly a complete nightmare working with Charles, never came across such an irresponsible contractor before.
