You don't expect those typical "Hello welcome" greetings like those commercial shops; the staff let you browse the shop without giving you pressure and they are very approachable when you needed help or advice. You will be able to find intricate and unique pieces here. Pricing wise they are reasonable.

Customer service was immaculate along with a respected brand spanning 84 years, well beyond Singapore's years of independence. A satisfied customer and definite MUST GO for anyone deserving a reasonable price for gold and jewelry craftsmanship.
