This shop has been dishonest. My aunt 70plus of age went over this year on the eve of chinese new year to buy some gold items. My aunt is 70 of age, cant read any english or mandarin. Her purchase was only found incorrect this week as she pass us the items and receipt. She only purchase 4 items but the invoice state 5 items which involve a $1400 extra charges. My aunt, her daughter and myself went over to explain it. But the sales lady, didnt even think before she insist my aunt did bought it. 1.She (Sales), said that she confirm my aunt came over rhe next day to change the item. But she didn't even realise that the nezt day was CNY. The shop was not even open at all after checking with other staffs there. 2. She also insist that i was the one who came down with my aunt the day she bought the items. But another male staff correct her that i was not the one. The person was much taller and older which is my uncle. The total purchase should be est. $6800 instead of $8220. How can a shop be so dishonest? I have also read in forum and also review of similar topics that the shop cheated on their client. Please take note on it before considering your purchase with them.
